The people behind the phone
Founder
Della spent nine years as a public defender in Fayette and Madison counties before opening her firm in 2014. She has tried more than 40 cases before juries and completed the national standardized field sobriety testing course that police officers take.
Associate attorney
Marcus spent six years as an assistant county attorney prosecuting DUI and drug cases in District Court before switching sides in 2021. He brings that courtroom experience to the defense table.
Paralegal and intake
Rosa answers the night line and speaks Spanish. When the call comes after hours, she helps get a lawyer on the line within 15 minutes.
Investigator
Glen gathers 911 recordings, body-camera and dash-camera video, and witness statements so the firm can work from the whole picture.

Della Kettleby, Kentucky Bar Association member No. 000000, admitted 2005. Marcus Tillery, Kentucky Bar Association member No. 000000, admitted 2015. Both are admitted in all Kentucky state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
