Common case fees

Straight answers about cost

First-offense DUI

$2,800 flat

From the first call through a plea, dismissal, or amendment. A trial adds $2,000.

Misdemeanor possession

$1,500 flat

A clear flat fee for possession cases charged as misdemeanors.

Felony possession

Starts at $3,500

We review the charge and the facts before quoting the full case.

Expungement

$750 flat

$350 for each additional case in the same county, plus court costs disclosed in writing.

Cases that need review first

Some prices depend on the paperwork.

Second and third DUI offenses are quoted after we read the citation, usually $3,500 to $5,000. Trafficking cases are quoted after we see the indictment.

Whatever the case requires, the fee is discussed before work begins.
